For reference, I usually bounce between those two sizes, and my measurements are 25" Waist / 34" Hips. The video shows how it fits!
I added an option to purchase it with the cross belt as well! :)
The length of the skirt is 11 inches. The pins will come attached as shown in the images, but you are able to move them around to your liking! I will also add a few more before shipping! Please DM me on IG or email for any questions.
